Please ask us to confirm availability, delivery coverage, charges, timing and the final amount. For frozen products, cold-chain arrangements must be confirmed. We do not publish unverified delivery promises or free-delivery thresholds.
Returns and product concerns
Contact us to discuss product-specific return conditions before purchase. If you have a concern about a supplied item, provide the product name, your reference and a description of the issue. Do not send products to the registered address without agreeing the arrangements with us.
