What we collect and why

Enquiry and order-request forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, message and selected products. We use them to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not collect payment-card details. Do not include sensitive health information in your message.

Accounts store your email, display name, a securely hashed password and requests submitted while signed in. Account and security processing supports the requested account service and our legitimate interest in protecting it. We do not verify email ownership automatically and do not attach guest requests to accounts merely because an email matches.

Storage, access and retention

Requests are stored privately in our website database and can be accessed by authorised administrators. Enquiries and order requests are automatically deleted after 180 days. Account records remain until account deletion is requested or the account is no longer needed. Contact us to request account deletion or exercise your data rights.

Technical logs may include IP addresses, request times and browser information for operation and security. Short-lived rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes. Site data is included in operational backups; deleted records may remain in backups until those backups expire. The website does not send automatic email notifications or load advertising or analytics trackers.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. We may need to verify your identity. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
